You can support the Irish Sailing Foundation in several impactful ways.

Programme Donations

Donations received for programme funding are crucial to us for funding the existing programme. Multi-annual commitments are hugely impactful, since they enable us to plan for future Programmes. This is the income stream we really need to grow in order to expand our Programmes.

The ISF is working with the Federation of Irish Sport, the Olympic Federation of Ireland and other sports bodies in lobbying for tax relief on philanthropic donations to sport. Donors not resident in Ireland may wish to contribute through our global philanthropic network partners, The Ireland Funds. See www.irelandfunds.org

Corporate Sponsorship & CSR

Corporate Sponsorship and CSR can play a very impactful role in offering greater opportunity to more Irish sailors, across the entire island of Ireland, by providing athletes with financial support such as scholarships and bursaries, graduate programme opportunities as well as internships.

There are multiple areas of overlap between the work of the ISF and companies CSR agendas.

Performance HQ

The Irish Sailing Performance HQ (PHQ) was ground breaking when it was established enabling Pathway sailors to come together to train and learn as a team. Housed in shipping containers, it provides a very cost effective base for the team.

The ISF is now working to provide increased facilities for our High-Performance sailors. This new facility will provide accommodation for our athletes, adjacent to their training base and will enable them to maximise their training time, whilst pursuing their studies.
